840 on a TL...dude you're a trooper. I think I have done in the vicinity of ~450-500 on my GSXR, and I hit my bed hard as hell. Riding that much takes a mental toll more than a physical one I think. Keeping my mind and reflexes sharp as a tack for that long wipes me out.

Worst part is I have an aprilia futura sport tourer in the garage and was wishing I had that as I droned along the hwy, but the TL is much more fun in the twisties

I used to do 500 mile days all the time on my Superhawk. Leave Jackson, meetup with our group in greenbrook, then head north into sussex, upstate NY,Pennsylvania. Wherever the day took us... It was usually a brutal ride home since me and Bill both lived the farthest south...

Thats nuts. Who wants to go on a crazy ass ride at least 1000 miles away from NJ with me in August sometime? No plans, just get on and ride in any direction. Probably towards Nashville for starters. I'm quitting my job inevitably soon and starting school in september so yeah. august-ish.

About 550-600 miles................2 up. My buddy and I took the ole ladies to the races at Summit point and got lost going down. We ended up somewhere in VA. Should have been at the track at 9- got there at 11:30. Then rode home that night. NEVER AGAIN!!
