Default Summit Point Shenandoah, Labor Day Weekend with TPM

Who's headed to Summit Point Shenandoah for Labor Day weekend besides me? Should be a great weekend. Last time I rode there I left thinking that I needed a second day on that track. Technical as hell, I needed most of the day to get the line correct on that track. Looking forward to riding that one again.

Sorry holmes. Can't swing it. My next trip is in September. By the way, you need a mini bike so you can come to Englishtown NJ and race with us. you would not beleive how much fun you can have for about $1200 and that includes a full year of tracktime. Check out my post about it in this forum.

Same here Ken, we're headed there this weekend... can't make Labor Day weekend. I like the tighter tracks so shenandoah should be fun

See ya on the next one.

ffejtable, I'll keep an eye out for you at summit.

I have all the necessary parts. I will be working on getting them together before the trip. I think the tZ250 problem was a bad clutch cable. I have a new clutch pack, crankcase seal and clutch cable. That should be all it needs.
The TLR needs some fiberglass and some tugging on the exhaust headers..they are bent a bit and the right side is in contact with the swingarm. My fiberglass kit arrived today as well as the foot control parts and windshield for the TLR from TPM parts club.
Picking up another TLR fuel tank from someone in Long Island in the morning complete with fuel pump.

I wanted to be there but the wife made other plans for the family that weekend...

I need to find a day in September to do... Waiting until Oct 15th is a loooooong wait for my next day.
