im number 25, if u look at the 2 pictures, the bike in front of me has barely moved and i have moved considerably. i almost tboned him, he was going super slow in blue group

That looks like the TPM CBR600rr rental. From what I heard the guy riding it is the husband or boyfriend to the woman thats started the Philly Style magazine, which I think she sold since for some major $. He tried numerous bikes the 2 days there, even some coaches bikes.
I understand he's a friend of Ralph's
