Actually, this might be a serious problem. I was doing some research this morning and almost every site I've found said to report any signs of that beetle.

Hopefully it's just a look alike pest and nothing bad. If that beetle fucks up the tree in front of my apartment I'm going to be pissed, I love that thing (you know you're getting old when you start loving trees).

BTW: where is eveyone getting their wood from these days?

LOL Frustration of fresh wood

Pete I would send you to where my parents get it from but it's pretty much garbage our main source ran out before the season so we got stuck with shitty wood.

dude I have about 5 trees (like 50 to 60 footers) I need to take down in my back yard to make room for the second garage....bring a pick up to the burgh and you can have all the fresh non burning wood you want.
