Thats the issue RIGHT THERE. bullshit, who cares, what does it matter........ It took him 3 years to finally show something that wanst a birth certificate anyway. By then, most had moved on. So thats the new normal, ignore the LAW, the constitution etc. When someone call you on it, delay, delay, until no one really cares, then say its in the past, its bullshit. That is the real bullshit.
