Bluetooth question - Sportbike Addicts

Quick question for you guys.. I just got a new phone a few days ago. I also picked up a bluetooth earpiece for it but I'm having some issues syncing it with my phone. For some reason it cuts in and out, as if it's crossed with another signal. This seems to occur only when I'm at work in NY. Any ideas?

Also, an unrelated question - there's an extra button on the earpiece that I'm not sure what it does.. nothing happens when I press it and there's no mention of it in the manual.

I've had a couple cheap bluetooth earpieces. One motorola and one plantronics. Hated both of them. They sound like crap and people on the other end say they sound like crap.

I bought a Jawbone 2 and it's great. Crystal clear sound on both ends and the bluetooth signal works very well.
