Howdy from the Hills...
... of Tennessee. Newb to the site but not to bikes.
Been riding in the mountains a long time and doing track days since '94.
Seems most of you are from NE area. I lived in Clifton, NJ as a kid before headin'south.

Thanks, boys and girls!
The infamous Deal's Gap...close to 2 hours. I am near Bristol, if you googleearth Shady Valley you will find my local digs...The Dragon ain't as great when it only takes 20 minutes to be in SV.
I imagine Clifton has changed alot since I was up there. I rem. school #12, probably razed long ago.

Cool, maybe I'll see you there @ a TD sometime.
It was more the other way around. Here TO there, but job, GF, etc. were factors.

Tally is a nice, small track. Barber is fun, but can be a little intimidating. RA..... I could live there.

Yea I've never been on the track before and wanted to do Tally first, plus its the cheapest. I heard RA was intimidating for a newbie.

Little Tally is a good place to bust that cherry. If you're serious about track days/racing, etc. I'd suggest taking a riding/racing school after you get a few days under your belt. That and some TD coaching could help you get rollin' good.
