Default one bike, many forms

My 2001 R1 has been through many changes. How about yours? Post pics of the various revisions your bike has gone through.

I bought mine like this in 2005.

Then came along trackdays. Eventually I crashed it at the track (lowside), so I made it my dedicated track bike and sold off all plastics and street legal stuff.

A couple years later, I converted back to street legal mode by slapping on a headlight and brake light.

Then I added another headlight and luggage rack for longer trips. Yup, it ain't pretty, but it got the job done for those occasional weekend rides.

Fast forward to 2011, I changed it back to trackday trim...ready for sale. Many offers, but none high enough to let her go.

So then came the naked R1.

After a few months of working on it here and there on weekends, she is finally ready for the road.
