How is this good? A same day or next day broadcast is okay, live is better.
To show the races a week or more after they occur in a pre-packaged
format with tons of extra commentary that I really don't want to see
will not be an improvement to my eyes, and I probably won't bother watching.
werd. showing the races a week or two after they've run? weak and lame.
the latest news is that they've done away with the standing start and will instead feature a pace car led rolling start ala NASCRAP. DMG seems to be doing everything possible that they can think of to ruin motorcycle roadracing in the USA.

Banking lights will flash, corner station lights will flash and all corner stations will show double stationary yellow and Safety Car signs. All Safety Vehicle lights on course will also flash. When the Safety Car (roof lights off) has pulled into the pit lane, maintain your speed and do not pass until you’ve crossed the start line, regardless of position in pack. Riders may not pass until they cross the start/finish line after the track goes green.

Well, this gives the suzukis a chance in the longer races, they seem to burn up clutches on standing restarts more than most.

I'm a little confused why isn't the 1000cc class the premier one? Because there trying to premote 600's more?

apparently, RE feels that US tracks aren't safe for the high horsepower and very high terminal velocities that Literbikes make, so he sought to make 600's the premier class. the irony is that the 600's have higher cornerspeeds than the 1000's and corners are where most crashes occur.
