Hey All,

Recently I have accepted the challenge of cycling 35 miles in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event. The Tour de Cure is a series of cycling events held in over 80 cities nationwide. The Tour is a ride, not a race. I will be participating in the June 2, 2007, 35 mile ride out of Lincroft, NJ with the "WHEEL MAKE A DIFFERENCE" team. I have joined hundreds of others to pedal in the NJ Shore: Tour de Cure in support of the Association's mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. The people who have influenced my life that have diabetes are the reason I am participating in this event, people as my father, uncle and grandfather.
