Default 03 RC51 Street/track

Here's my other sportbike, a 2003 RC51. Got it after my 99 TLR was totalled, ride it on the track occaisionally now that my 03 TLR trackbike is completed. Great machine, still a bit heavy in comparison to newer machines, but delivers a great feeling ride.

Ken
Back in 2003 with Sato Titanium Low mounts and a Dan Kyle programmed power commander, awesome sound.

Riding the Pocono FUSA course last spring

After adding Sato rearsets, CRG levers and an XT timer

In current configuration, I swapped someone for a set of Moriwaki Titanium High Mounts, had the rear rotor lightened and some other small junk I just had to have.. I went for the Mori's and I like them as much as the Sato's except for the Mori's using steel pipes instead of being fully titanium like the Sato's. Sound is comparable, and the high mounts look better.

The final config is definitely looking sweet, although the rc always looks / looked hot.

Bern
worked out that way after a 16 year old kid hit my 99TLR. Insurance paid me just about full retail for the TLR and I went out and bought the RC51 as a replacement. Two years later, I got itching for another TLR since my 99 bike was still in my garage, bought back from the insurance company for 1000 bucks.
Found on on the Zone for a great price and a trip to Baltimore to get her home. The rest is in the pics...

$6000.00 and it's all yours, including stock forks, shock, pipes, triple, clip-ons, rear sets, brake lines and whatever else is laying around.

only catch is that the $6000 must include a mint, low mile example of the pic posted. And then it's ALL YOURS!!!

If everything comes together, I should have one in late Oct or Nov. Already have one lined up.
