do we have any travel agents here, or do you have one that you have worked with in the past a few times and do a great job at it!!

Use American Express Travel Services (I work for Amex Corporate) -- I booked a trip to Mexico through them and had a great experience:

I used BJ's Travel (BJ's, the wholesale place) to book my upcoming trip to AZ and had a HORRIBLE experience. I'd stay away from them.
