Nice progress man, I remember those days. Of course the swelling and pain in your muscles and joints are normal from lack of use, but once you start therapy that'll reduce quickly.

It is possible to drive a clutch with your right leg, just takes a bit of practice, I know cuz I did it, but if you're not comfortable hopefully you'll find a nice cheap beater.

BTW, I've got 3 sets of crutches and 2 canes (1 carbon fiber) laying around in case you need a backup set, but got rid of the chair a long time ago.

carbon fiber cane along with the titanium I have inside would make me super fast!!!
thanks everybody, it's been a long road with more to come.
For those who didn't know, July 12th I fell off at shenny and slid into the wall after my bike was nice enough to move one of those foam barriers out of the way. Resulted in bilateral leg/ankle/foot fractures, a couple of broken ribs, and I bruised my hip. Got surgery on the right, titanium plate and lots of pins and screws, to repair broken tibia at ankle and shattered fibula a little above the ankle. Left side had a clean break down the center of the tallus, and many cracks in one of the halves, and was casted. The fact that it was both sides is what made everything so complicated, and required this long period of disability. I will ride again
