"The UN has to do something about world hunger..." meaning the US has to kick in more money to help the theives that run the UN live better lives.

Don't get me started on the reasons that I detest the UN. Its just a platform for piss ant countries to bash the US and they do it on our dime. I am all for every nation having a say in what happens in the world, but let them also pay their fair share. To me funding and having the UN here is like having a house full of ungreatful squatters who complain about the food and shelter that they refuse to help pay for. Then they complain about pesky neighbors and make you do something to satisfy their ideas about how to resolve the conflict. Then they complain about you and how you've achieved the goal.
I believe the seemingly endless "world charity" should come to an end. Unless other nations kick in equal amounts of aid and human resourses, then to hell with it. I don't see oil the rich nations doing much for humanity.

As for Obama wanting to end Global Poverty by having US taxpayers eat the cost of it..its reason 9999999999999999999999999999999999 not to vote for that Marxist idiot. Pandering to the wants of the UN is very low on my priority list. I see Obama as someone who'll do everything in his power to satisfy their collective desire to bankrupt this country.

I can't believe MSNBC let that air.. funny but very scary at the same time. All of these people are so blinded by this guy's bullshit.. Watch the o'reily factor tonight.. obama is going to be on and it should be interesting. I am sure he will dodge all the questions posed to him. 8 pm foxnews

Barack Obama on O'Reilly Factor 09-04-08

Osama, oops I mean Obama appears to be takin' tough. It appears he changes attitude / words based on who he's being interviewed by.
No doubt, Obama is a smart guy but I don't agree with his direction and reasoning.

Actions speak loader than words.
His most recent votes...
- Voted for State Children's Health Insurance Program (another dem sponsored "save the children" handout program that was THANK GOD voted down)
Would have pushed millions of children already covered by private health insurance into publicly financed health care program.

- Voted against amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 passed 60-28 on August 3. The bill gives U.S. spy agencies expanded power to eavesdrop on foreign suspects without a court order.

- Voted WITH BUSH FOR illegal immigrant worker amnesty and guest work programs. Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007.
I THOUGHT THIS GUY'S MOTTO IS CHANGE! (this was voted down by republicans and democrats alike)

- Voted against Iraq war funding bill that included benchmarks for the Iraqi Gov't for our continued support of their country.
Sens. Obama and Clinton were among the 14 who opposed the bill. Passed 80-14 ... but listen to what he says when talking to O'Reilly.
