Default Trying out For Code

So I'm flying out to the Streets of Willow Springs at the end of March to try out for a coaching job with Keith Code. I did the phone interview which took an hour (those dudes are thorough), and was invited out for an on track try out. It sounds like a ton of work, but the rewards are impressive. I'll let you know how it goes. Wish me luck.

Best of luck. How is that going to work out since you're from PA? You'll be joining them on the road all over the US for the season?

They make you commit to 15 dates. I would fly in to do the dates, then fly home. They pay all travel expenses and pay you (well) for the days you coach. I'll do dates at Laguna, Barber, Mid Ohio, and Miller. Like I said, it's a lot of work but the rewards are great.

(i'm guessing that why vir north is my fav track)

I spent an hour on the phone with Cobie today (he's the head instructor) doing the interview. It went well and he invited me out.
