Supposedly into WSBK for '09 so they're going to have to sell I think 1500 of them? Can't remember exactly what the WSBK homologation numbers are but they're going to have to sell that many next this year if they want to be in WSBK for '09.
It is a cool looking bike for sure, I wonder who they'll get to ride it, Colin Edwards used to like Aprillia...

Only when they don't burst into flames.
That's nice and I'd probably drool all over it but I was hoping they'd finally come out with a sportbike with the SVX450/550 motor in an RS frame. Some guys at the Aprilia forum did. Why couldn't they.

I remember seeing that build, dropped the SXV motor in an RS250, great idea. Maybe they'll start treating the idea seriously when Honda finally gets two strokes out of GP racing (bastards).
