Default New Pit Bull Trailer Chocks

I hope it's not a repost but this is news to me.
Another way to load a bike and pitbull makes good stuff.

Video of showing how they work
They take up little to no room when the bike is out of the trailer.

I looked at them at the show in NY and they are very nice and work very well.
There are 2 things, they leave a big plate on the trailer that tends to be where you sit on a trailer, but thats not the big problem
The big problem is that these are like $270!! Lets see, $35 front chock or $270 rear chock? Hmmm...........

I guess if you have a 6 foot trailer the plate would be where you sit

I figured the plate that's left on the floor takes up less room than the usual chock. The bar that bolts to the axle is almost flat.. hang it on the wall. So nothing to trip over. It says no tie-downs necessary.... hmmmm.

but yes, $270 is steep for a set of tie downs.

I like the Pit Bull version better than the one I purchased last year from Strapless Stands. Both great ideas, but the Pit Bull is easier to use.

Installed just in time for VIR(thanks Ant.) Quite impressed on how sturdy it really is. Still have the front strapped just in case lol.

So when you are not using it, the bracket still sticks up on both sides right? Or can you slide it out without unbolting it?

Hi Bob,
I'm pretty sure that it only sticks up on both sides about an inch from the plate. The uprights come off the base plate.

Bob - The brackets slide out easily if the stand is not in place.
The only thing left on the floor is the mounting plate and the four
bolts; the bolts stick up about 1/2 inch.

Watch this, right at the end of the video.
