Default Respoking wire wheels. Know anyone?

I recently acquired a 1974 Suzuki GT750 2-stroke 3cyl liquid cooled monster. The bike itself is complete and in fairly good shape. Just been sitting in a garage for the last 15 years with the engine apart. Anyway, I have taken it apart so I can clean and rebuild, and want to respoke the wheels and clean them up. I'm looking for a shop and was wondering if anyone knew of any quality shops out there in the world that do a great job respoking wheels.
