EDIT - From home to the Hampton diner is another 43 miles; so I ran 521 miles today.

What a great ride the weather was amazing. I think everyone had a good time after the one get off. It was good to meet some new people. I left my house at 5:40 in the morning and did not get home until 7:30.. I have no idea how many miles as my speedo does not work. I bet it was just about 500 miles.
Lets do it again sometime soon.

I am a little upset here...... it was supposed to be an "ASS BUSTER" ride, and for some reason, I felt fine when I got home. I felt worse on 150 mile rides. Maybe the adreneline? I had a good time. I guess it is time to start mapping out the next ride......
