its only $33 for a lift ticket if you still have ur school id with you...its either for the day ticekt or the twilight. (day = 8 to 5, twilight is 12:30 - closing) For those of you who don't go as often, skiing in the night sucks cuz when u put ur goggles on its like riding around with a tinted visor on at night and also everything freezes over n turns into the ice once the sun goes down.....But rev, you guys still suck for going sat and not sun.....

hey kids,

had a blast - ya'll can really boogie on those things!

i only wished i had more time, i could have found the last sam adams skier & tried the 1/2 pipe & the terrain park.

only took two pics with my crappy phone/cam - they came out dark too (since it does not have a flash).

Of course they have lifts in colorado, but we were in the "backcountry" where they dont. We rented a hut in the middle of noplace (7 miles from the parking lot to the hut, www.huts.org ) and because we have 2 sleds (snowmobiles) to move 16 people + gear, some of us got towed... Very similar to wakeboarding.. It was great until I lost the board

A friend of mine moved to Avon, CO which is within walking distance to Beaver Creek... Vail is about 15 minutes away... Breckenridge and Keystone are also part of Vail Resorts, but havent checked those two out yet.

And yeah any place is great when there is snow... The nice thing about being out west, is you are more likely to have fresh snow, and you dont have the freeze at night/melt during the day cycle you see on the east coast, especially the poconos...
