Personally i hope it does work out and happens. I would love to keep my xm with O&A and Ron and Fez, and then add NFL and Nascar to my line up. How sweet would that be!!

But its gonna take a lot of approval from the Govt and the FCC before anything happens.

If they let Intelsat buy out PanAm Sat then XM and Sirius merging shouldn't be an issue.
