Default Its finally over

Well the city is offering me a chck of 3200 for the damage to the futura. Now the estimate should be higher becasue I paid 500 more to have the radiator fixed as well ( we didnt know it cracked in th eaccident at first) but the city may not cover it due to it being 90 days after the loss.

As of now I sunk 1k to get it in running order and to make it semi purdy and i just need to drop another 250 for the left middle fairring so I think I will leave it at that and wind up 2k ahead of the game and use that towards bike #4

Congrats, hopefully there isn't anything else that needs fixing that you've overlooked.

I just decided to take the money and be done with it, I also noticed that they inadvertantly charged me twice for apiece of bodywork so Iwill just show them that and have them order my left middle fairring which is roughly the same price. The bike otherwise looks fine, aside from a big bumper mark on the right side ( didnt even crack the plastic) so today I will mail out the form and eagerly await my check, then its off to croxleys
