On-Board Bike Camera

Anybody using an on-board camera. Are there many different kinds? (helmet/tank)
Where would i pick something up like this? Do I just buy the mount, (then the camera @ Best Buy) or is it a package deal?

Is the video clear enough to make it worth the price, or are stills better?
