Default The Weight Loss Thread

So it seems like everyone wants to lose weight come the new year including me. Gotta get in race shape right?

So how has everyone done so far this year? I've lost about 10lbs and I'm down to 196 as of this morning. I haven't weighed that little since the end of High School. Last April I started around 220-225. Gonna have to start buying new clothes soon.

I think I have lost about 4-5 lbs from dirtbike riding. If we have more mild winter days, I can get out and ride the thing more and lose more weight. It is a hell of a workout and fun at the same time.

I've been working out more of the week and I lost 4lbs so far. I need about 10-12 more. It's easier to not eat in the summer, than the winter.

I started working out in Jan 5-6 days a week. I'm not very good with eating right all the time so I'm just focusing on getting back into shape. I hope I lost some weight or at least turn it into muscle.

I lost like 10 pounds since i had surgery. But you always loose weight when your body heals from a serious injury. I also joined a gym to get the leg back in shape, so that helped as well.

From last January till now, I've lost 50 pounds. I did it the old fashioned way: Reduce portion size and exercise more. I hit the gym 5-6 days a week and count my calories.

Good for you. I lifted somewhat regularly over the winter but I need to get back on my bicycle. Gotta fix the flat first. I basically just don't eat as much and try and eat healthier. I guess it's a mild form of anorexia....I feel like a 16 y/o girl watching her figure.
