Default Shipping tires

wasnt realy sure where to put this so here goes. I have a set of takeoffs i am selling to a friend of mine. Only thing is shes down in louisiana and I need to ship them down there.

Now do they need to be in a box to ship or I can tape them together the way soem of the dealers do. Also any idea on wht shipping would be from NY to LA.

Tom

Tape them together and ship them USPS. No need to put them in a bag or box, and it's cheaper then UPS. I've shipped quite a few tires this way and no problems.

Technically, per the extra charges I've seen on the bills, UPS charges more if your package is not a cardboard box.

you could put one in a box and the other in shrink wrap and give it a try

or get a one-way ticket to Florida for $80 (US air) and check them as your luggage.
