my best friend Nippy died last night
its a shame how someone you know for so long dies in the blink of an eye!!
I KNEW HIM FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS we basically did everything together and
went everywhere together. everytime i went out riding on my motorcycle i
would ask nippy to come and he did. with no questions asked he was always
game to go riding with me. he was even there when i met my wife almost 13 years ago. he went through all the hard time and good times that i had with my wife. i seen nippy in rough shape for the first time several months ago and knew he was sick so i had to stop paying more attention to my rottie and more attention to him because i knew he was old and couldnt handle the pressure of no one talking to him as much. well i did just that, i payed more attention to him and he got and felt better. medically and mentally. one day i let Nippy sleep in my house for a couple of days just so he wouldnt be alone anymore. i told him that while i took my wife out to dinner feel free to do what ever you want, my house is your house. when we came home we noticed nippy was dead on the living room floor. in my house he died and i cant believe we werent there to help him through this hardship he faced!!! right there i knew i would never have another riding partner to put in my pack pack ever again but Nippy was the best turtle a man could ever have.
