Customer Complaint.!!! 27th time

So this young buck brings in his Black Car for some service and as usual he brings it in filthy! He know that after every service we offer a free wash. So he will bring it in filthy and say theres a problem with a wheel, a window, a tapping sound, just anything.

Now he brings it in with greasy hand prints all over the outside and inside the car expecting to get a free wash. normally we will wash it but this time we didnt wash it and he complained about people in the service department did it to his car.

what a little bitch,ya know i used to work with this guy at the mobil gas station in hackettstown,he would be out there pumping gas,always trying to get the guy that would wash the cars for the RentaWreck dept to wash his car on company time.Now i'm not going to mention any names (Ron) but what a scumbag!
