Default I ordered...

...THIS but I didn't like it. I called to let them know I was sending it back, and after telling them the reason they said I can keep it with a full refund. I was very pleasantly surprised, anyone else experience this with them? Maybe I should order THIS next time and just tell them I don't like it again.

You might have to work your way up there! I wonder if the cost of shipping the original item back is more than they pay to have them made.
