Here's a couple pics of my set up. Hopefully I'll pick up a compressor tomorrow and then actually use the damn thing.. it's been sitting for weeks.

Just finished changing my street bike's tires! I have a question though......... how come it looks so damn easy on the tire they use for the video, but my super frakkin soft SC pro compound tire is way harder to put on!!!

I guess we'll see how good of a commuting tire these are..

We're they kept and changed in a heated area? Gotta let em sit in the sun for a bit, soften em up.

Good idea... they were sitting in the unheated basement.

I have the HF setup, I use it quite a bit. You are going to find the the wheel wants to spin when installing. I ended up using a strap and strapping one of the wheel spokes to the arm of the tire changer. As you put the tire on, the strap tightens and the wheel will not spin.

I also bought this http://home.comcast.net/~prestondrake/mojoweb.htm it makes changes easier and doesn't scratch.

I have also used the no mar and it is 1000% better. I wish I had spent the extra money to start with.

just pulled the trigger on one myself. I figure I can set it up at home now since I have 2 4x4 pieces of plywood from my trailer that I can use as a base.
