Red...i joined Weight Watchers...its all about points. I now get 30pts per day to eat and every food has its points...example...2 cups of cornflakes (4pts) plus 1 cup 0 fat milk (1pt) = 5pts....Turkey (4pts/4oz)..2 sliced of wheat bread (2pts) and tablespoon of low fat mayo (1pt) = 7pt. sandwich.

You get a book with what each foods points are plus you get about 35 extra points for the week..but you shouldn't use them just cuz they're there.

Its all about portion control....going to the gym helps too but I haven't gone in over 2 months but still lose weight.

And since you'r epaying for WW...you dont want to waste the money and you go for weekly weigh-ins. When you start losing..and then have that one gain week...youget motivated to lose again....the weekely meets is a great motivator.

but you are right its awsoem to losoe weight i went form 210 my fattes to 158 my skinniest ... now i stopped gong ot the gym as often but i am floating some where around the upper 160's but everytime you wiegh your slef and /or seeprogress youare just thatmuch more motivated..
BTW i dont knwo how you feel aboutyour ex wife btu if she left you over weight she is stupid beachand should get dick slapped...
