So... i dont think many off you know but on my trip to utah two weeks ago i snapped my binding in half on the mountian.. anyway i called Burtn from the mountain and they found me a store right there on the Mountain that replaced my broken part for free and i was back on my way... i also requested that they give me a returh authorizationso i can return my bindings.
anyway i got back to NY shipped them my bindings (the missions i got for about $150) wrote them a letter trying to make them feel guilty and etc.. ... (basiclaly that the binding snapped on my during my aggressive riding and i had to wakl down the mountain from about 5000 feet up and that i watsed a day and alift ticket and things of that sort...

to bring you up to date i just go off the phone with the Burton rep. she was so nice and obviously fell for my letter... she just upgraded me to http://www.burton.com/gear/products.asp?productID=78
for free and got me over night shipping for free as well...and even appolagized for the wrong color ( irequested black they only have red but i can send back at the end of seaosn for a color change )

i guess they really do stand behnd their product.
in conclusion i got the top of the line 300 dollar binding for 150

I've had the same burton board, bindings, and jacket for 13 years. Granted I only go like once a year if I'm lucky, but it's all held up really well.
