do i have a case??
Driving on route 1 in woodbridge and hit a major pothole, blew the tire right off the rim and cracked the rim
the police officer that was there said, looks like you were going to fast to see the pothole, i swerved to the left though, to avoid the pothole but didnt wanna run all the cones over with the cop there so swerved back and blamo!! Nissan wants $317 PLUS tax for a new rim... not sure what a tire is going to cost me yet
what you think, i have a detailed diagram all drawn up for you all to judge for yourself

You should have split the trucks and cones while flipping off the cop car.

Shoulda positioned your vehicle so the pothole passes down the center.

From the detailed drawing it appears that you had plenty of room to avoid the pothole if traveling at the posted speed.
In all seriousness, with PD on scene stating that you appeared to be driving too fast to see the pothole I don't think you have much of a case. Even so it would probably cost you more in legal fees then replacing the rim and tire. Good luck.

Dude you should have stopped and filled that pothole in with the dog food you stole a few years back then just drove right over it.
PS the Nissin must have some weak ass rims
