which site has the best prices and varities of protein shakes/powder? specifically muscle milk? spending 8 bucks for 2 bottles a day is nuts but this is what i have been doing the last 2 months..

Back in the day I used to get my stuff from Westerly Health Foods in NYC. Bunch of used to buy a lot at once so the guy hooked us up, but their prices were good to start with. Why two of those a day?

I like getting my calories/nutrition from food rather than shakes. One a day for a quick meal replacement is most I would do.

I usually go for at least 2 shakes a day. Ideally you should be getting 2grams of protein per lb of bodyweight in order to gain muscle. This is a pretty tough thing to do strictly using food.
Try prosource.net and if you have a GNC nearby they will match the price if you print it off the site and bring it in.

If you're on the shit yes, if you're natural thats a lot protein to take in a single day. You're talking almost 70g of protein per meal with a 6 meal regiment for someone who is 200lbs. Way to much. For the everyday average person working out depending on what their goal is, I would suggest 1g protein, 1g carbs, and .5g dietary fiber per body lb per day divided by 6 meals. To much protein intake can cause major issues down the road.

I don't even bother shopping online for these anymore it just doesn't seem coast effective especially with the shipping. I have a GNC close by that I just buy stuff during the first week of the month so u can get the discount. The sale prices came very close and beat a lot of the prices that I experienced with online places.

make your protein intake worth while by doing a 6 week cycle of dbol(25mgs/day). Way better then A50.
