Tell me, does it really matter? The laptimes are 3sec off. The racing is the same, all the major players have bikes that do the job, even ducati's small bike is 850cc now! Snobs like mladin turn their noses up.
It also allows buell (
) and bmw to race their double sized bikes as well.
When they go back to 1000s, wouldn't buell and bmw need to make 2000cc bikes?
