Attn: Wheelie masters!
Well guys, I want to learn to wheelie my bike, I have an 06 R6 which I've heard they are a little trickier to wheelie. So if there's anyone who has the same bike as me or at least skilled in this area, I'd like some tips on how to start learning as safely as possible.  |

You're a n00b. Dont fret about wheeling.
Learn on a dirtbike. Trying to learn on a freshy new supersport is a good way to trash your bike and yourself.
If you must - look at youtube "how to wheelie".
It can and will get away from you very, very quick.

Trying to learn on a new bike is kind of stressful, hence why I haven't tried to wheelie it yet. I don't really have access to another bike to practice on. I am a noob but i have gotten pretty good on my bike, no chicken strips on my tires. I would like to basically take baby steps into doing wheelies, if possible. |

Just a hint...just because you don't have chicken strips, it doesn't make you good! And I'm sure you have chicken strips!
but if you really want to learn to wheelie, there is a site out there that you actually pay them to learn to wheelie. They let you ride thier specially custom bike made for wheeling with wheelie bars and all...
I forgot what the site is and don't feel like wasting my time to googling it...good luck on your mission  If you really want to know all ron.google.com |

If it's the site I'm thinking of someone just died on one of their bikes recently trying to learn how to wheelie........

Some learn fast some learn slow....Kennedy learned to knee drag on his 3rd time on the bike....he was donig endo's on his 5th time out...dood is loco...  |

Well first thing you need to do is keep the down to earth mentality. Never think your good, great, or etc at riding. If you stay humble you'll keep learning.
As for wheelies, i sucked at them and really can't give you any advice. I mean you can always do the 1st gear power up wheelies. But be careful, you can't hit your front brake lever and expect to stop a looping bike.
