Default VIR North 6/20-21

First time on VIR for me.......actually first time anywhere other than NJMP for the last year, lol.

First day

Hovered around the 1:50's, did a best of 1:48.8 that first day I think it was, just trying to figure the track out.

Second day

Went out and got it down to a 1:47.1, then later on managed a balls out lap for 1:45.4 (and a couple 1:46's) but couldn't do that one again, didn't have camera on either. Considering all the mistakes I was making (conciously) I'm pretty sure I could clean it up to a 42-43'ish since my buddy I was running with earlier in the day bumped to Blue on Tuesday and started running......too bad I probably won't be able to make it back for a while

...a few more to come

Lookin at the first vid, you're apexing T4(left) a lil early(theres a couple turns you seem to apex early), making you miss your mark for exiting 5...also the front strait, get closer to the apex at the kink...at 150+ it needs to be treated as a turn. At speed, running out of track to the left is real easy...you also wanna just clip the blend line for pit out. That'll put you where you need to be heading into the braking zone for 1.

2nd vid watched a couple laps, looks like you cleaned up your line at the kink nice, still apexing 4 early. Work on consistency, especially thru 7.Didn't watch 3rd vid yet.

I know all the spots I need to work on (the x-factor in these vids is the 100 degree/80% humidity temps ), unfortunately it probably won't be happening this year :-/
