i work on the highway and it doesn't matter if you put lines, signs, and/or flashing lights. people are going to get in you way and hit/kill you.
one time a guy went around the cones and arrowboard then back in the cones to hit a state trooper working w/ us with his red lights on. claimed he didn't see any of the stuff and he was sober. and the stories go on......
