Price/quality/readily available changeable parts/and what the ends look like. I personally like the Woodcraft, has everything mentioned and the ends are machine notched lip that helps to keep your foot planted when pivoting. Some pegs have a smooth end which I personally don't like. Keeping a spare set of pegs in the tool box is also wise.
