What you mean is the rest of you get taken advantage of for not getting the refund. BTW, they no longer offer the course for free and at one site don't offer it at all. It was deemed ILLEGAL for all those years to run a class that competes with private industry, then due to cuts they closed a site and sold it to some of the people that worked there, cheap. Nepitism, naaaaa
