Not that hard at all, just need a few simple tools, and a torque wrench. Have a bucket of water and some rags handy, if you spill any brake fluid on plastics or paint quickly rinse/clean them off as brake fluid will eat up paint if left on it.
I have installed and completely bled a my front brakes by hand. It's not impossible, but it is a little tricky, just need to be patient.
