Are you able to start the computer in safe mode?

Please restart the computer and as soon as you see the Compaq logo, begin tapping on the F8 key. From the list of options that you now see, choose Safe Mode and hit the enter key.

Now that we are unable to boot the computer this issue could be due to the following 1 Defective RAM 2 BIOS 3 Motherboard
