There 4 foot lights from HomeDepot I think I paid $9.99 for them but I took them apart, where you turn the bulbs theres 2 screws on both sides, and 1 or 2 in the middle, unscrew them, take them off and you will see where it will come apart, and then I used self drilling screws to the outer skin of the entire light assembly to the frame that comes down from the ceiling.
