Well first thing you need to do is keep the down to earth mentality. Never think your good, great, or etc at riding. If you stay humble you'll keep learning.
As for wheelies, i sucked at them and really can't give you any advice. I mean you can always do the 1st gear power up wheelies. But be careful, you can't hit your front brake lever and expect to stop a looping bike.
