Selling my 2005 Work and Play toy hauler made by Forest River.
It in very good condition, super clean.
Set up to haul 4 motorcycles or 2 quads.
The previous owners used it for the quads.
It has a 12' garage area separated by a sliding door from the rest of the living area.
Has 4 fold down bunk beds in the garage which will sleep 4, dining area folds down and couch also folds out. Able to sleep 6 to 8 people total.
Has shower and toilet, 3 burner propane stove, double sinks. Refrigerator/freezer, ducted heat, roof AC, outside shower line, 80 gallons fresh water tanks, black and grey tanks.
Will also come with E track and pit bull chocks.
This is just a quick write up, I will have all the specs from the paperwork I have once I grab it out of the trailer.
