What a brilliant quote... being an unsafe rider makes you unsafe when you ride... not having low pipes...
Just a typical cruiser rider that equates his bike as being cool with how loud it is..
But, this new bill does not sound like fun... we had an 80 decibel law pass in the city and county of Denver, but nothing where we'd have to get an EPA sticker or parked bikes being ticketed. We can get a hefty fine for having a bike that's over 80 decibels, but I've only seen it really enforced if someone is riding like an asshat, is pulled over and the officer writes him the ticket for the pipe as well..
