I agree with a lot of what has been said.... Track and street riding are very different, and I usually dont confuse the two. Ride within your own limits, and that of your surroundings, and leave the rest to chance. We take risks every day and if I had to worry about what could happen then I'd lock myself in a room and never come out.

I rarely ride aggressively on the street, and I have been looking to get a cruiser lately which would be more practical for most of the riding I do on the steet. I have 13k miles on my bike since I picked it up last July and I would be surprised if I did more than 1000 miles of twisties on it since then.

On most days I would rather ride than drive, so I doubt I will be giving up street riding anytime soon.
