IMHO, back is to big a muscle group to mix with another body part...if anything I recommend back/hamstrings, since hyper extensions and stiff legged dead lifts work the hamis.

Nope! Glad i didn't either. I wasn't ready. I have been on 5iu's of HGH daily for the past 8 months. I am currently 238 lbs. about 11-12% 21 weeks out.
