Unfortunately all the waivers in the world still won't stop someone from bringing you to court if they really want to. That's the sad truth, but it's the truth. I've always been a fan of "stupidity = pain" and have learned the hard way a few times... but never tried to blame other people, it was always my own stupid fault.
