as far as "renting out space", that does sound like a great idea, but......
unfortunatly we are a sue happy society with crazy insurance requirements, and doing that would could be a huge liability issue.
Now, to be honest, Bill and I used to let a very select few to work on their own cars in our garages when we had our shop. But it was not a formal or usual manner of business.
