About Rider Fatigue, at VIR temps were pushing 90+ and made the day a rough one on the body. I made it a point to take in as much liquid as possible between sessions. I did less of that at Pocono FUSA on June 25 before going to VIR and I was cramping up all over, making even reliable braking a chore...

I had a 2QT drink container and I forced myself to drink at least 3/4 of that between sessions. I mixed a diluted gatorade mix into the container and it worked just fine for me.
Second day I managed to get in enough fluids that I actually made a few trips to the little boys room since I upped my fluid insake from the first day.

Took my vitamins/amino acids in the morning, and hoped for a better second track day in the severe heat. Worked out pretty well for me.
